New Year - New Show!

Happy New Year! (I know it’s late) We are back! New show - new jokes!

We have been looking forward to this for a long time. After 12 sold-out shows of "Almost Danes", the suspicious expats are back! Ulug Bek, Kriti Prajapati and their host Adrian Mackinder are doing their new stand-up comedy show: “ALMOST DANES 2: Return of the Expats”. It is a show about living in Denmark, still loving it, and almost integrating. Still in English.

The first show on the 24th January is already sold out, but we have couple more dates coming in Copenhagen:

11 March (Tuesday) - Comedy Zoo: Tickets
25 April (Friday) - Knock Knock Comedy Club: Tickets

Who Are We?

We are three expats living in Copenhagen:

Ulug Bek (Uzbekistan) is an office worker by day and a comedian by night. With his deadpan humour, he makes hilarious observations about Danish work culture, Danish language and Danish life-work balance. Ulug Bek has performed at festivals in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and even Netherlands.

Kriti Prajapati (India) is an engineer by mistake and a comedian by choice. Audiences have laughed about the cultural shock she has experienced in Denmark and is enamoured with her quirky sense of humor. Kriti has performed in Denmark, Sweden, India and Netherlands.

Adrian Mackinder (UK) is a professional comedian, improvisor, actor and author. He is one of the best MCs in the country.
